The Best of Saba Violin Works - Persian Music Masterpieces
This is a collection of Masterpieces for violin in Persian Music composed by Maestro Abolhassan Saba (1902 – 1957). These pieces have very popular melodies that are cherished among the Iranians. Ironically, many of these violin pieces were not recorded in their original form, the same way Saba performed them on the radio. These Masterpieces all have beautiful tunes and at the same time many of them are considered as the most technically demanding violin pieces in the Persian Music. This collection includes famous pieces such as Zang-e-Shotor, Caravan, Zard Malijeh, Raghs-e-Chupi and Chahar Mezrab Esfahan Saba.
